“A perfect getaway!”

Reviewed 28 Oct 2012

This was our 5th yr of viisting Neptue....and we will be back again next yr! Neptune is a little dated, but that only helps in giving it that well loved "grandmas" house feel & charm! its in an amazing location, just a stone's throw from the coastal path, which drops down onto a wonderful beach, complete with coves and rock pools to explore. We always take our 3 dogs, who are in their element. Due to Neptunes wooden floors, it is most welcoming to dogs and little people. If you want to indulge yourself then wander over to "Scarlet", opposite, with its 5* eco facilities...and out of season...special lunch deals....or even a hot chocolate (with homemade marshmellow) on their balcony, with a book, wrapped in blankets (provided), eating home made biscuits! Then come "home" and watch the sunset over the beach, whilst listening to the wind whistle around the lil house perched up on the hill!

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and a bigger thank you for appreciating Neptune for what it is. Hope to see you again soon.
