Hope Terrace is a double fronted end terrace in Matlock Bath dating back to 1874 that has been renovated to a high standard and has been beautifully decorated throughout. The house has 3 floors and its layout is perfect for families or couples. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen/dinning room and a living room with a multi fuel burner. On the 1st floor there is a large king size bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds (Bunk beds are full size singles but we would recommend that only a small adult sleeps in the top bunk) and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is a large king size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Both of the king sized bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot. To the front of the property is a private, small-enclosed courtyard with seating. There are lovely views across the rooftops towards the hillside above Stalkholmes. The amenities of Matlock Bath including shops, cafes and pubs are a few minutes walk away, and the attractions of the Peak District are all close by making it a wonderful year-round base.

Sorry no smoking or pets allowed.Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco will all deliver to Hope Terrace.There is a large Sainsburys and Co-Op in Matlock.Hen/Stag and single sex groups - please ring before booking so that we can ensure the house is suitable. The house is not suitable for late night parties and loud music as it is an end terrace and we don't want to upset our neighbours!!

The house has full gas central heating and wireless Internet. In the living room there is a 32 inch TV with Free view, DVD player and a Wii console with games. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack of coal and firelighters are included in the rental rates. 1 high chair, 1 travel cot (not bedding), baby monitor and stair gates are available free of charge on request. Guests are welcome to bring additional travel cots if required. There are many books and DVD's that guests are welcome to use including information detailing many walks starting from Hope Terrace and from other points around the Peak District.

How do damage deposits work?
