House is only 70 m far from the sea and beach and has a amazing view. Around house is large yard, playground for kids, basketball court, grill...
House also has a private path to the practically private beach, and beach is otherwise unreachable so beach can be only yours.
We have 4 studio apartments and one large apartment (for 8 to 10 persons) on ground floor.
House is located under the main street, so for the beach you don't need to cross the street. Also, house is located near grocery store and restaurant (in the area of 150 m) so you can walk to there.

Apartment 8 + 2 is located on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms for three persons (one double bed, one single bed), one bedroom for two persons (one single bed), living room with sofa bed for two, dinning room and kitchen. Living area has more then 100 square meters. Outside yard has more than 70 square meters and it has wonderful sea view.
