Within our property you will be the only guests. Our lodging of 70 m2 located in the comfort and tranquility that you expect.

2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower XL massage, separate toilet, beautiful kitchen of 30m2 living room with a sofa bed.

Facilities: Television, wifi, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and filter, kettle, dishwasher The house is only 10km from the beaches of La Grande Motte, the beautiful medieval city of Aigue-Mortes, the picturesque fishing port of Grau-Du-Roi and 20 minutes of Nimes and Montpellier. The UNESCO site of the Pont du Gard is a 45mn in voiture.pour 12 people, cot and baby bath.

In outside: sunbathing (4), table and chairs for 8 / 10pers, garden for cocktails, barbecue.

The 13x6m pool, in front of the house will delight you, out of sight. Although shared with the owners, they are showing the greatest discretion in your presence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicolas (the owner) a message.

If Nicolas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
