Apartment in an historical XVIII century house totally renewed in 2012 with traditional materials (aparent old stones, marrocan zeliges, provencal "tomettes", fand made wrought iron,.. and large screen tv, wi-fi, washing machines..)

Neighbour the Hotel Dieu Intercontinental Palace, sharing the moste beautifull view of Marseilles.

Just by the antique port of Massilia, begining traditional Panier, ideal to dicover historical an contemproanean city (new national Rudi Riccioti's MUCEM museum opened june 2013, the Foster's new building on Vieux Port, ... ), direct departures to the splendid Natural park Les Calanques, islands (Frioul, Chtaeu d'If), beaches.

ANd bonus : acces to the typical roof terrace shared by the 3 inhabitants of the buiding, with amazing view on the town. South oriented, sheltered from wind : ideal for sunbath in the very heart of the city : even the neighbour 5* Intercontinental Palace does not offer that !! (ATTENTION / NO ACCES TO CHILDREN ALONE !)

Ideal for family or friends group to profit by Marseilles, both most antique city in France and new authentical "place to be", and Provence.

To profit by your staying in mmy flat, I provide files with description of the building, the long history of the street and surroundings (oldest street of oldest city in France!, -VI century), mu personal places of interests, .. and of course good food (or products, because the apartment is also equiped for real cooking, being myself found of cooking mediterranean products). I am not always in Marseilles personaly, but always available 24/24 for guest. Pamela and Zohair will welcome you: they are very clos friends, enjoy to welcome visitors in Marseilles (they also love and know very well the town). Zohair renewed the apartment with me, so he knows it very well). Neighbours and shops around, friends of mine and they enjoiy helping my guest

Thanks for your coment! We always mention BEFORE accepting host ste 4th stairs to climb, and avoid to offer any host an unexpected problem; because I know that can be a HUGE dificulty for some people. SO, as far as now, we had no guest how suffer by this. Pamela, Zohair, I ...and including neigourghs are very pleased to help visitors. Part of traditional mediteranean hospitality (unfortunatly sometimes...well...seems to disapair in touristic areas)... Do come back to MArseilles!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michel (the owner) a message.

If Michel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
