A highly-finished four-bedroom penthouse with an amazing view of the Marsaxlokk Harbour both from indoors but especially from the big terrace surrounding the property, an ideal spot for relaxation.

The penthouse, which is fully airconditioned which is pay as you go with coins and can accommodate up to eight persons, is accessible with lift or stairs.

It is just a few minutes away from bars, restaurants and the sea and ideal for country walks, The Marsaxlokk promenade, beach, tourist information office, the old centre, the church, a bank, the police station, cafeterias, grocers and several fish shops are just a few steps away. It is ideal for a romantic stay or a relaxing retreat from busy life.

It includes two double and four single beds, a washing machine, a bbq, a fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are also available.

Smoking inside is prohibited but allowed on the terrace.

The property will also boast an outdoor spa/jacuzzi from where one savour the wonderful views. Please note that Jacuzzi will be closed in winter as it is outside ..

House rules

Guests have to take care of the property. As people are living underneath no shouting or loud music is allowed in the property. . Lights have to be switched off when not in use. One have to show respect so guests have to keep the property clean. Things broken or lost have to be paid for. After using the BBQ one have to clean the BBQ after.
I want my guests to be responsible so they enjoy their stay and everyone will be happy. I am sure that you will enjoy it :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
