This modern penthouse is brand new. It is located just two minutes' walk from the beach. It is situated in a very popular touristic area - Marsalforn Gozo. From this penthouse one has easy access to all amenities, including a super market, bus stop, car park, police station and many excellent bars and restaurants for eating out. The penthouse is very well equipped. It has two bedrooms, one with ensuite, playstation, washing machine, dvd player, two sunbeds, binoculars, hair dryer and many others. From the kitchen and living room, one can see stunning sea views. This penthouse is ideal for families, with many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. Its location is not only ideal for divers and swimmers but also ideal for those who like walking and hiking.

- Very Good
The flat has great location in the centre of Marsalforn, close to the sea, restaurants and shops. It the located on the top of the building - stairs are good for workout and shaping the bottom part :). It is really nice furnished and bright with a lot of sun coming from the large windows. There is nice energy in the flat and we enjoyed staying there. It is great value for money. And the owner Ritienne is so nice and helpful. She picked us up in Mgarr, gave us all the information about the destination and tips for the trips, she was available during all our stay, she arranged (and paid) for the taxi for our early departure to Mgarr and arrange us the taxi from there to the aiport. She took care so that we felt welcomed and had a great holiday.

“Fantastic location, fantastic owners, fantastic apartment!”
First of all a big thank you to Ritienne and Domenic who really went out of their way to help us with our stay. Fantastic hosts who were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and contemporary. It has 2 bedrooms on one level then a mezzanine floor with sofa and a lovely spacious kitchen diner on the next floor. The apartment is bright and airy with ceiling fans around and also an air conditioning unit on the lower level. Location wise is excellent being just a couple of minutes walk from the sea front with its beach, bars and shops. We stayed for 11 days as we could get flexible flights and if was great that Ritienne and Domenic were able to accept this duration rather than us be restricted to one week or two etc. We travelled with 2 children one of whom is only 15 months old and Ritienne was able to provide us with a travel cot, blankets and high chair. As a family we didn't really find the stairs a problem but as stated in other reviews this may cause problems for anyone with mobility restrictions. I understand though that the owners are looking at the option of a lift for the future which would be excellent. There isn't really too much to add to what has already been said except that if you are looking to visit gozo for the first time and wish to let a place whereby you can have complete trust that any issues or queries you may come across will be rectified or answered by the owners - then this is a great choice. A big thanks again to a Ritienne and Domenic, especially Domenic for helping carry 4 heavy cases up the stairs at 1am :-)

Lots of stairs but lovely apartment with views. Well equipped, modern and clean. Good location. The owner Ritienne and her husband are lovely & very good managers - picked us up from the ferry, gave us a tour of Marsalforn and lots of info. The diving is amazing on Gozo - John at Scuba Kings is great. The bus service is excellent, and a good way to see the island. Recommend Electra for pizza. Coin operated air con is being added to the apartment for the summer.

“Great apartment by the sea”
Great apartment. Spacious, modern and bright, a little cold in winter but come summer the sea breeze will be a bonus! Top floor so great views but bear this in mind if you have any difficulty walking up stairs. Buses just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment which get you around the island and Victoria is 10-15 minutes away by bus. Beautiful walks nearby. Good restaurants in walking distance. Nice welcome from Ritienne who collected us from the ferry. Overall this is a beautiful apartment with great hosts, we loved our relaxing time here.
Stayed for 9 nights with husband and son (11). A really lovely apartment with everything you need except air condition. Dominic and ritienne were so helpfull from the very first email to enquire about price and date and suggesting transfare from the airport to the ferry, they even collected us from the ferry and brought us to the apartment, showed us where the supermarket was and suggested some restaurants and returned us to the ferry. The only thing i would suggest is that they install some aircondition. The tempature was up to 40 when we were there and even with the fans going and all the windows open it was hard to sleep as it never dropped below 25/26 at night..the last two nights it was 29 at 1.30am in the apartment. But apart from that it was a really fab place and a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for all the help you gave us.
It was a wonderful stay. We will certainly come back:) the apartment has everything one could need. the hosts are absolutely perfect. the views from the apartment are fantastic. the premises are very clean. the beds are comfortable. would highly recommend to younger families and couples. The location is perfect just 1 minute away from the local beach. Local seaview restaurants offer a good price/quality. We absolutely fell in love with Gozo!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in the care of Ritienne and her family. From placing the enquiry, arriving at Mgarr off the ferry to handing over the keys , they could not do enough to help us. A true reflection of the gozitan nature! the apartment was immacculate and in a perfect location on the island. we shall definitely be returning in the near future! Huge thank you to you all!!!

“Great accommodation, great hosts”
My husband, 14 year old daughter and I travelled to Marsalforn for 10 days. From the moment we enquired about the apartment to the day that we departed the professionalism that Ritienne and Domenic displayed was suberb e.g instant replies to emails, checking had we arrived on our flight, picking us up at the ferry, in between we got updates on things to do, and finally picking us up at the apartment on departure day very early in the morning to ensure we made our flight from Malta airport. The apartment is spacious and well laid out and located close to beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was 36 deg.C when we were there so I would say that air conditioning rather than fans may be a better option for this time of year even though there was a breeze through the apartment (maybe it was just us Irish). Overall, we had a great holiday - Thanks Ritienne & Domenic

“comfortable clean house on top location”
The penthouse is situated at a nice location, near the beach, restaurants, diving school and busstop. The penthouse is comfortable with oven, coffeemachine, wasmachine, hairdryer and several other things. The many steps are good for your condtion: the appartment is on the 4th flour. Friendly owners. Marsalforn is a place with an authenthic atmosfere.
