Our charming was born in Marsala in an agricultural plot owners to agrumenti cultivated, vineyards, olive groves and vegetable to full field in organic agriculture.We will give you the thrill of collecting and cooking the seasonal vegetables grown in our estates.

Our hotel is located 1.5 km from the sea, the islands of the Stagnone (island of Mothia, Santa Maria, Long Island, schole), 3 km from the historic centre at 3 km from the airport. The property is furnished with style, comfortable and spacious.

It is equipped with American kitchen equipped 1 No 2 rooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a well-appointed living room including a sofa bed for guests a living room with a sofa bed in all environments with digital terrestrial tv; n. 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, both air-conditioned rooms each with a TV.The premises are equipped with ironing board, hairdryer, lcd tv, microwave, water, hot water and gas, bed linen, towels, bath towels etc changed to discrezioni for our guests.Upon arrival at our hotel you will find water in fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, our organic olive oil produced in our company and excellent nero d'Avola bio product in our required the whole no charge is a stand-alone application.It's very cleansing and hygiene ' of the structure in addition to routine cleaning are always available in all hours of the day. Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere le vacanze in questa casa in campagna, attirati anche dall’idea di essere immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità di una zona fuori dal centro. Posso sorvolare sul fatto che arrivati a Marsala il proprietario non si sia preoccupato di tenere sotto controllo il cellulare per capire se avessimo trovato o meno la casa (mi ha richiamato dopo una decina di telefonate fatte nell’arco di circa 2ore). Ma non posso sorvolare sul fatto che avessi espresso più volte la necessità di due bagni, mentre quando siamo arrivati i bagni erano uno e pure cieco (l’altro bagno era un tugurio posizionato all’esterno senza pavimento!) ovviamente al momento in cui gli è stato fatto presente ha negato di aver confermato la disponibilità dei due bagni. Letti con le molle che quasi uscivano dal materasso, impossibile muoversi nel letto di notte dalla scomodità, uno degli ospiti si svegliava con dolori alla schiena a causa delle molle!! Ma il peggio del peggio è la casa infestata da blatte giganti, ne toglievamo a decine ogni giorno! E quando è stato fatto notare, il proprietario si è pure scaldato, dicendo che mai nessuno si era lamentato (cosa realmente impossibile dato tutti gli aggeggi antiinsetti posizionati in casa) e che per la cifra pagata dovevamo accontentarci!la pulizia non è un optional, ma una priorità assoluta!!! Talmente sorpreso da questa notizia che mentre prima si intratteneva per due chiacchiere ogni sera, dopo avergli fatto notare tutte queste cose, nessuno si è più fatto vedere per i 10gg restanti! Neanche per la consegna delle chiavi alla partenza.Non sono solita lasciare recensioni come questa, ma in questo caso è d’obbligo! La posizione sarebbe anche comoda, la casa non sarebbe male, ma è necessario un ammodernamento almeno dei materassi su cui è quasi impossibile dormire e una DISINFESTAZIONE!Incredibilmente sconsigliato, sia per i disagi che per la presa in giro!!
