Owner's reply: I am sorry to hear about your complaint this is a self catering property we do provide toilet paper from the beginning when the toilet paper is finish it is the guests is responsibility to buy some for their use, we always keep the Villa clean when the guest arrived to stay at the Villa we handover the Villa to guest completely clean and we don't have any toilet seat that was broken, and we have check the toilets for any leaks and we haven't found any leaks in the toilet, we always provide hot water 24/7, as for the AC remote control we always check for batteries that are not working maybe sometime the battery has run out, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you had. “Beautiful and spacious villa, perfect for large families”

Close enough to Marrakech for you to explore all of the hustle and bustle it's known for, but far away enough for you to have some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with amazing views of the Atlas mountains. Apart from a few showers not working, and the swimming pool needing better maintenance to ensure it stays clean and usable throughout your stay, we would consider this villa a perfect family getaway. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and on hand to help with any issues when required. We hope to return again soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ilyas (the owner) a message.

If Ilyas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
