Description

Dar Tamazerte is a beautiful and spacious villa in a small development of 8 villas, just outside Marrakech.The spacious accommodation combines contemporary European design with traditional Moroccan style.The rooms are fully air conditioned and each of the three bedroom suites opens to a private terrace. In addition to the indoor reception rooms, there is outdoor entertaining space, including an ' al fresco' dining terrace and a roof top dining terrace and shaded seating area with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains.

The 4 bedroom villa is set in its own 1.5 acre walled gardens filled with mature trees and with a large private pool. The owners who rent the property when they are not in residence, have thought of everything to make for a wonderful experience. The staff, Fatima and Saidia are always available, attentive without feeling any lack of privacy, cooking wonderful food served on one of five terraces or in the elegant dining room.

English speaking host Tim Buxton and his team offer a concierge service, arranging tours and activities, guests also enjoy the use of a clay tennis court, fitness room ( where massage treatments can be booked at an additional cost)

“Very special”

Just spent a lovely week at Villa Dar Tamazerte; a stunning place in a perfect setting, close to Marrakech but quiet and private with outstanding views of the Atlas Mountains. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful decor with lovely big gardens and swimming pool, totally relaxing and luxurious. A little bit of haven at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. I, for one, can't wait to return!

“Wonderful Visit!”

The property was very luxurious, beautiful and finished to a very high standard. There were a lot of personal touches that made all the difference to indicate that the owners really cared about the enjoyment and comfort of their guests. The thing I liked most was that there were so many places to relax (and hide if necessary!) so if you came with a large crowd, you could very easily find many interesting secluded areas in the garden where you could find just relax quietly and enjoy the peace. The staff were charming and amenable and did everything to ensure that we were comfortable. The opportunity of dining-in was such a welcome option! It's unusual to find a fully catered villa offering this. We found it a real bonus as it means everyone (especially the women!) can have a true break with not even having to enter the kitchen! All in all, a wonderfully relaxing stay and I would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend it to any of my friends.
