A beautifully converted Coach House in the grounds of Tresco House. The village of Ogbourne St Andrew is in the heart of the Wessex Downs just 1 mile from the centre of the charming market town of Marlborough. Perfect for families or friends, the spacious Coach House offers home from home comforts with style. It will comfortably accommodate 4 adults in the two bedrooms and children on the additional beds. The luxury self catering accommodation comprises ground floor king size bedroom, open plan living space with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, large ground floor shower room, first floor double bedroom and dressing area.
Larger groups can supplement the Coach House with our one bedroom Cottage and two en suite bed and breakfast rooms in the house. Please contact the owners to discuss.
The Coach House has secure courtyard parking and use of a garden area. Ridgeway walks and cycle paths lead from the property, historic Avebury is just 10 minutes drive and tourist attractions including Bath, Salisbury, Oxford, and the Cotswolds are all within 45 minutes drive.
There is an excellent Gastro pub just 50 metres stroll away for an evening treat.

Ogbourne St Andrew nestles in the Marlborough Downs, famed for Ridgeway walks and cycle paths. Shooting and horse riding are enjoyed locally and we have a golf course one mile north AND south of Tresco House!
Thriving Marlborough is just one mile away - the quintessential English market town with a long history - where bijoux boutiques, pubs and restaurants abound. Marlborough College hosts a thriving summer school, a Jazz festival of great renown is held in the town in mid July preceeded by the Barbury International Horse Trials in early July.
The Cotswold Water Park can be found 25 miles north of us and is a popular family destination offering numerous water sports and a lakeside beach. Historic Avebury is 7 miles away, and Stonehenge 30.
An hours drive from Heathrow, we are within 45 minutes of many tourist destinations including Bath, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Winchester and Salisbury.
Marlborough is the quintessential English market town. With a plethora of independent shops and boutiques, spend a leisurely day browsing interspersed with breaks in one of our many independent street cafes.
Marlborough College runs an excellent summer school during July and hosts many food and craft fairs throughout the year.
Local produce and fayre can be found at the street market every Wednesday and Saturday, there is an excellent delicatessen and award winning butchers. For easy self catering, 'Cook' in Marlborough sell ready made meals to heat ...as good as home cooking. Waitrose, Tesco and Morrisons all have stores in Marlborough
For those seeking a more eclectic purchase, a carboot sale on the common attracts increasing numbers of knowledgeable antique dealers one Sunday a month from March to October. Great for a barter.

Visit Avebury and Stonehenge
Historic Avebury with its mystical ring of stones dates back to around 2600 BC and can be reached by car in 10 minutes or across the Ridgeway on foot for the more hardy. Whilst there you can visit the National Trust owned Avebury Manor whose renovations were the focus of a television documentary in recent years.
Silbury Hill, the largest, and perhaps the most enigmatic, of all megalithic constructions in Europe is just 1500 meters from Avebury, and Stonehenge some 30 miles from Tresco House.
Hungerford is just 10 miles from Tresco House and offers a true feast for the vintage, retro and antique enthusiast.
Bath – 45 minutes by car
Bath is a wonderful city with beautiful Georgian architecture and a fascinating history which makes it definitely worth a visit. It also has an array of boutique shops and award winning restaurants - making it the perfect place to explore for a day. Salisbury and Winchester – 35 miles (in different directions!)
Both of these ancient Cities feature an array of beautiful streets and historic buildings, as well as a stunning Cathedral.
We are about 30 miles from Burford, considered the southern gateway to the Cotswolds.

With over 90 stores, this undercover centre really does offer something for everyone ranging from iconic fashion brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, L K Bennett, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss to athletic labels, like Nike and high-street favourites, like Superdry and Fossil.
Slightly further afield ( an hours'drive) is Bicester Designer Outlet Village, home to more than 900 outlet boutiques of the world's leading fashion and lifestyle brands. Why not stop off at Blenheim Palace en route, home to the 11th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, Blenheim Palace is a true masterpiece of 18th Century Baroque architecture. Discover the beauty of this World Heritage Site amongst over 2000 acres of 'Capability' Brown parkland and Formal Gardens.
Longleat House and Safari Park – 40 miles
