Our villa, newly built, is located in an area surrounded by greenery where you can spend a relaxing holiday, the beautiful pool and our garden with patio will serve as cornice.La villa it consists of 3 units for rent for a total of 16 people (apartment Brezza Marina / Onda Sleeps 8/9 - HIGH SAIL apartment sleeps 4 - Deep Blue apartment with 4 beds), and 1 unit on the ground floor where the owner lives. HIGH SAIL apartment for 4 people, is on the first floor of the building. It 'consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 equipped kitchen, balcony. Well it furnished and air-conditioned, has a washing machine, LCD satellite TV and internet wifi gratutio. The Villa has a large garden, children's playground, relaxation area and a large barbecue area and private parking. Outside, large patio with gazebo, swimming pool, solarium area. Living area: 50 m². Outside: 900 m². Indoor facilities: Air conditioning, fridge, freezer, gas stove, iron and ironing board, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, LCD satellite TV, wifi internet, complete crockery kitchen, bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, excluding Beach towel. Outside amenities: chairs and tables in the barbecue area, deck chairs and umbrellas by the pool, outdoor shower in the pool, wifi internet in the pool. The property is about 300 m from the beautiful beach free of the reserve of the mouth of the Belice river, 700 m from the Archaeological Park, about 13 km from Castelvetrano and easily reachable from Palermo and Trapani airports by highway.

How do damage deposits work?
