Centrally located, yet in peaceful surroundings, guests of this exclusive complex can take a dip in the gorgeous pool and soak up the sun in the private gardens, with the added bonus of having fabulous restaurants, bars and shops of the Marina and the Old Town of Lagos within a few minutes stroll. Discount available for bookings of just 2 people.

Beautifully furnished and maintained to the highest of standards, this hi-spec apartment offers Satellite TV with BBC/ITV channels, SKY TV inc Sports and Movies. The apartment benefits from excellent WiFi - we have a designated router to ensure our guests receive an excellent signal and can stay connected throughout their stay.

From the lounge, patio doors open out to a large private balcony which gets the sun from first thing in the morning & overlooks the pool, gardens and offers views of the Marina and the picturesque old town. The balcony is perfect for Alfresco dining, sunbathing and benefits from the views of the pool, marina and the old town. From the apartment it is a gentle 5 minute stroll to the waterfront restaurants and bars of the Marina. A further 5 minute stroll across the Marina footbridge takes you in to the enchanting town of Lagos, steeped in history it oozes Portuguese culture and heritage, the cobbled streets are a joy to explore, lined with an enticing array of cafes, restaurants and shops. The best beach in the Algarve is just an 8 minute walk from the apartment with soft golden sand that stretches as far as the eye can see! Apartment 'Chic' offers the best of both worlds, the exclusive and tranquil setting of the Marina and, just a short stroll away, the atmospheric old town of Lagos with its many bars, shops and restaurants. There is fantastic supermarket to the rear of the complex. Car not required. Best location in Lagos.

We have installed a designated router to provide excellent WiFi coverage throughout the apartment. Satellite TV provides many English speaking channels including BBC/ITV/SKY Sports and Movies.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Coffee Machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, full range of cooking utensils and a small breakfast table.

From the kitchen there is a 2nd balcony, ideal for drying towels and swimwear after a day at the beach or by the pool.

Living room: Beautifully furnished, spacious lounge & dining area with 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, Flat-Screen TV with BBC/ITV channels, SKY Package including Sports & Movies. DVD player, iPod Dock, Excellent WiFi. Patio doors open on to the gorgeous balcony with views of the Marina and the Old Town of Lagos.

The lounge patio doors open on to a large, private balcony which gets the sun from first thing in the morning and overlooks the Pool and Marina with views across to the Old Town. Furnished with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing. There is also an additional 2 loungers that can be taken down to the poolside if required at busy times.

Maid service: The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis with a complete change of bed linen & towels, added to this, extra towels are provided to allow a change of towels mid week.

For your peace of mind, Corinne, our apartment manager, is contactable at any time during your stay should you need any assistance.

On your arrival at the apartment, you will be met by one of the Guest Services Team who will provide you with the keys and ensure your holiday gets off to a great start. You have the added reassurance that the team are contactable throughout your stay should you need any assistance. The apartment is located in the exclusive Dom Manuel complex which is THE place to stay to enjoy the main attractions of Lagos without the need of a car. As it is part of the award winning Marina complex all areas, including the gardens & pools, are maintained to an extremely high standard. This is the only complex on the Marina to boast its own private swimming pool which is for the sole use of guests staying in this exclusive complex.

Lagos is the jewel of the Algarve, careful planning has ensured the history of Lagos has been protected and the natural beauty and rich culture has been maintained. Our guests can experience the 'old world' charm of Lagos and authentic Portuguese culture whilst enjoying the 5 star facilities on offer. Getting around

With everything with walking distance of the apartment a car is not required. Conveniently located on the beautiful Dom Manuel Complex, which is part of Lagos Marina, you will find an excellent choice of waterfront restaurants and bars plus there is a fantastic supermarket just across the road from the complex. The heart of the old town with shops and restaurants galore is just a 10 minute walk and an amazing 5km sandy beach is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. For those who wish to venture further afield, Lagos Train Station, located at the Marina, provides access to the whole of the Algarve and beyond.

The apartment is managed and maintained by the fantastic team at Villas da Luz, led by Corinne. They will be at the apartment to greet you on your arrival, provide you with the keys and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. For your peace of mind, the team are contactable throughout your stay should you need any assistance.

Why can't I call Joanne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanne (the owner) a message.

If Joanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
