Condomínio do Mar offers superb comfort and facilities for a wonderful holiday. This 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and functional with a balcony and a massive roof terrace which is a sun trap all day long and perfect for al fresco dining.

Situated just five minutes walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to the marina and town centre. There is a shared outdoor pool, kiddies pool,minigolf,small playground, restaurant and 24 hour security in the complex. Ideal for couples and families.

The Reception Area is open 24 every day with English speakers who are very willing to assist you with any aspect of your holiday.THERE IS 24 HOUR SECURITY The apartment is cleaned, and the linen and towels changed after 7 days if your booking is for 14 days or longer . “Home from home”

We had a fabulous time staying at Condominio Do Mar! The location is ideal; close to the beach, the marina and its many delights, the town, as well as the train station. All are within walking distance. At the accommodation itself you're spoilt with a large outdoor balcony, perfect for sunbathing and dining al fresco. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine as well. The latter came in really handy as we had two young kids with us. The outdoor pool - private to residents within the development - was large and clean and just on the doorstep. We will definitely be back...if John will have us!!

Beautiful apartment with an added bonus of roof terrace off the living room. Everything here you need it's like home from home. Washing machine dish washer if you need it. Less than ten minutes to fab super market and 5 mins to marina and town. Swimming pool small snack bar if you want a day by the pool. Beaches walking distance Been coming to Lagos for 23 years and this apartment is just so central without the noise of town.

Owner's reply: Thank you for the review. There are a few issues I would like to comment on.1. I had sent an email to the client on July 22nd with the wifi code prior to arrival.2. I was not aware that the dishwasher had broken and only found out when I contacted the guest about a different matter after the holiday.3. He had attempted to contact me by email but I did not receive same. 4. My contact phone number is displayed on Holiday Letting and the cleaning lady's phone number is displayed on the hall notice board. 5. I'm delighted to say that the dishwasher has been removed and their is a brand new Bosch installed. Overall I'm grateful for any feedback but in this case it was simply a breakdown in communication as I pride myself on being available at all times to sort out any issues that may arise. Many thanks. “Great apartment and fantastic location”

Really nice apartment on a quiet complex. The apartment itself has all you need and a well equipped kitchen. the real star of the apartment is the large roof terrace that gave you your own outdoor space and sun all day. Couldn't fault anything. The pool is just below the apartment and is of a good size for the complex and we (4 of us) never had a problem getting a sunbed at anytime of day. the onsite restaurant/cafe was good and reasonably priced. The location of the complex is great - being just outside the centre its quiet but no more that 5-10 minutes walk to beach, shop, marina and town centre. If we return to Lagos we would definitely stay here again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
