Spacious holiday apartment new on market.

Suitable for families, couples, parties and golfers to enjoy a memorable holiday. Spend time on the beach or by the pool, all amenities are within walking distance of the apartment, including the marina, beach, the old town, railway station, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms,(one double, one twin) 2 bathrooms + full size double sofa bed.

Due to new regulations in Portugal all holiday homes have to have an accredited government licence called a alojamento local A/L for short which is the number above, this means that my property has been assessed by the Portuguese tourist board to make sure it is safe and fit for purpose, if you go to an apartment or villa now in Portugal without this licence you will not be insured in the property.

Further details

The apartment is non smoking but guests can smoke on the balcony using the ash trays available.

Bed linen is changed weekly,

We have a manager who could meet you and explain about the apartment and complex, and will arrange cleaning. He can also assist with booking excursions and any other queries you may have during your stay.

The apartment is fully equiped for 6 people. It is situated on the first floor which is accessible by lift or stairs.
The large balcony has patio table and chairs and two sunloungers with cushions. It is southwest facing for the sun in the afternoons, with sun blinds on the balcony if it gets to much.
The apartment has just had installed new internet/ wifi connection for guests to use.

Further details outdoors

The apartment is set within a well kept complex that has many native trees shrubs and plants. It also has a water feature running thru the complex. It enjoys views over Lagos and the surrounding countryside, and is only a two minute walk to the pools and bar area.
lagos offers many places to visit from the zoo to beautiful churches. Close by is Portamao that is a shoppers heaven with many shops and hypermarkets. there are several championship golf courses within a 10 min drive. Further west is The Worlds End where famous Portugese explorers set off from to discover the new lands.

The Algarve region

The Algarve boasts over 300 kms of golden sandy beaches and are free to use and open all year around.
The larger beaches have lifeguard patrols all summer long with most having restaurants cafes and bars on. They serve excellent fresh food and cold drinks all year.

The west of Algarve has strong links to the romans and moors stretching back to 2000 bc,this can be seen in the buildings in most towns.

The weather is another reason to visit the Algarve as you get 300 days a year sunshine temperatures from 15c to a average peak in July/August and early September of 28c.

Marina Park

Lagos is an old historical city in the western algarve, it is a mixture of old and new from its quaint cobbled streets to the modern marina with all its restaurants and bars.
In Lagos there is something for everyone, for the cultured there is the castle the museums, slave market and numerous churches, for the sun worshipper there is the beautiful beaches of meia praia and porto do mos with there stunning goldern sand and the spectacular rock formation on the porto do mos beach.
For the young at heart there are the bars and music venues. Why not visit the fish market which also sell fresh veg and bread the smells are wonderful, you will love everything Lagos
