This lovely ground floor apartment is luxurious and tastefully decorated. It is in an impressive historic building that has been carefully restored. The interior is spacious, bright and airy with designer, artisan and antique furnishings. Large patio doors lead you to a spacious and private marble patio terrace with table and chairs outside with shutters to keep cool in summer. Warm weather until the end of October.

There is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, dressing table and mirror and large wardrobe. The kitchen is modern with marble splash back and fully equipped with gas hob/ electric oven and large fridge/freezer and a table seating four.

The living room has a sofa bed and a flat screen television. There are terracotta floors throughout and a marble patio terrace with table and chairs outside perfect for drinks or Al fresco dining.

It is a short walk to the local beach and Piazza with ice-cream and coffee bars, restaurants, banks

It is a short walk to the beach and Piazza with coffee bars ideal for a sundown drink, ice cream, pastry shops,butchery, bakery and restaurants. The market on Thurs and Sun has typical Italian foods, clothes and antiques.

Carrara a historic town, world famous marble quarries dating back to Roman times, lovely piazzas, sculptures, art galaries, Cathedral, museums and fine eateries.
