Accommodating up to 6 people, this cozy modern 2 bedroom - large private terrace with ocean views, walking distance to Marina del Cantone beach and the peace and tranquility of a Mediterranean holiday villa.

Casa Miomar is a spacious, bright and modern 2-bedroom apartment with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and walking distance to Marina del Cantone beach.

The property has been divided into two apartments (the upper level apartment being occupied by the owner only 1-2 weeks per year) and enjoys independent entry, parking and a spacious outdoor terrace and separate garden area set amongst the olive groves.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 people in a twin, double and two sofa bed arrangement. It includes a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove-top, and living/dining area which opens out onto a well-sized panoramic terrace.

There are 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes (the master bedroom with a seaview), 2 bathrooms and a separate wash area with washing machine, iron/ironing board and the basic necessities to make your stay comfortable.

The furnishings and fittings of the apartment are modern, of good quality, and cover all your essential needs. They include:

- air-conditioning (living and two bedrooms)

- stereo with CD player

- fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher

- wash room area with washing-machine, iron/ironing board

Guests will have complimentary access to the pool, cafe/bar and restaurant of nearby Gocce di Capri - Hotel & Serviced Residence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
