DELIGHTFUL CHARACTER COTTAGE IN DESIRABLE PICTURESQUE VILLAGE

Nestling in the heart of the village of Marhamchurch, beside the 14th Century church, this semi-detached cottage retains much of its original charm with slate floor, exposed beams and stonework. Set within the pretty mature gardens which offer superb views across rolling countryside to the sea beyond.

The pretty village with thatched cob cottages is less than two miles from the rugged Cornish coastline with many superb walks, secluded coves and golden sandy beaches. The popular seaside town of Bude, home to the annual Jazz Festival in late August, offers a selection of amenities, shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants, Splashpool and sea pool. Many attractions are within an easy drive including an array of picturesque fishing villages to explore such as Clovelly, Padstow, Boscastle and Port Isaac, cycle trails, water sports at Tamar Lakes, Crealy Adventure Park, The Eden Project, The Milky Way, Dartmoor and Bodmin
