Two-storey house in the center of marchena in Street Towers, next to the historic district and shopping area. Very bright with covered patio and outdoor patio, fully furnished with period furniture, large kitchen, living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms ( 4 doubles), 2 shower rooms, laundry and terrace.With a population of just over 20,000 inhabitants and an area of 377 square kilometers, it is a convenient location. From Seville Marchena can access via the A-92 or by the railway line Sevilla-Malaga-Granada-Almería.Marchena has significant archaeological, as evidenced by the deposit Montemolín the Bronze Age. A must walk through the medieval quarter of San Juan, with its Moorish walls, and doors of Seville and Moron. Stately homes, churches and palaces happen throughout Old Town. Also interesting is the Museo de Zurbarán, showing works of this important Spanish painter.Activities: Horseback riding, Horse cars,Walking holidays, hunting and fishing.Cultural: Meetings Flamenco, tasting

Marchena is a Spanish municipality in the province of Seville, Andalusia. In the year 2009 had 19,768 inhabitants. Its surface area is 379 km and has a density of 51.55 inhabitants / km . Its geographical coordinates are 37 20 'N, 5 25' W. It is located at an altitude of 150 meters and 60 kilometers from the provincial capital, Seville. It is known for its Holy Week and, especially, for its important monumental (declared Historic-Artistic) which include the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Arco de la Rosa (Puerta de Sevilla). The municipality is characterized by its links with flamenco and for being the birthplace of important artists such as Pepe Marchena or guitarist Melchor de Marchena.
