Very bright with covered patio and outdoor patio, fully furnished with period furniture, large kitchen, living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms ( 4 doubles), 2 shower rooms, laundry and terrace.With a population of just over 20,000 inhabitants and an area of 377 square kilometers, it is a convenient location. From Seville Marchena can access via the A-92 or by the railway line Sevilla-Malaga-Granada-Almería.Marchena has significant archaeological, as evidenced by the deposit Montemolín the Bronze Age. A must walk through the medieval quarter of San Juan, with its Moorish walls, and doors of Seville and Moron. Stately homes, churches and palaces happen throughout Old Town. Marchena is a Spanish municipality in the province of Seville, Andalusia. In the year 2009 had 19,768 inhabitants. Its surface area is 379 km ² and has a density of 51.55 inhabitants / km ². Its geographical coordinates are 37 ° 20 'N, 5 ° 25' W. It is located at an altitude of 150 meters and 60 kilometers from the provincial capital, Seville.
