"High quality cabin with great facilities and classy decor for relatively cheap."
I almost don't want to write this review as I feel I've found a real gem of a place. I stay in a lot of high end hotels while I travel with work and I have to say this place compares very favourably. Everything was really spot on about this place - the cabin had real class right through to the little touches of having some wine and brownies left to welcome us. The stay is suitable for those wanting a romantic weekend away or a small group of friends. I'd certainly recommend this place to a small family or couple looking to get away from it all for a weekend or so.Although I'd recommend this place primarily to couples, the cabins are suitable to cater to a small family aswel. I would say that the website doesn't do the cabin justice and there were no pictures of the hot tub (2/3 cabins have their own private hot tub). The staff were great; helpful, friendly and really made our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We leave feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Thanks again, Phil

"a lovely airy spacious lodge in beautifully kept surroundings."
we were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay in the rabbit burrow one bedroom lodge and spent a lovely, peaceful bank holiday weekend in the tranquil surroundings of this beautifully kept park and fishery. the lodge was airy and spacious and the bottle of wine and homemade cakes that had been left for us were a welcome addition. the lodge was equipped with quality items and a luxury wet room shower. neither of us fish however if your looking for a break from the stresses and strains of everyday life we heartily recommend you book a stay here. Charlie and the family that own the site are welcoming and congenial hosts and the shop provides essentials including some of the best bacon I have tasted for a long time.so if you love fishing or just want to relax, book a stay at fields end water park you wont regret it.
