This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in central Marbella on Avenue Arias Maldonado. All rooms have individual climate control. The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. The spacious living room opens out onto the east facing balcony which has a table & chairs. The apartment is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pools and the park.

The complex itself is quiet and about 50% residential. It has 24 hour security and can only be accessed by key holders. It has two main pools as well as a small kiddies pool. It is just 200 meters from the beach and 10-15 minutes stroll from Old Town. Nearby there is everything you'll need from bars & restaurants to supermarkets, off-licence, bakery, coffee shops, internet cafe, all of which means there is no need to have a car unless you want to travel out of Marbella. Car parking is available in the complex for a weekly charge of €70.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed which can also be separated to create 2 singles. The main bedroom has an en suite with large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower attachment. All rooms have individual air conditioning. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2, so 6 people in total and there is room in the lounge for an additional fold-out bed if required (only suitable for a child)
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with full sized cooker and hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Other smaller appliances include toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.
Travel Cot & High Chair available but must be booked in advance

The complex is secure with only key-holders having access. There is also 24hour security. There are two main pools and also a children's pool.
Bicycles (road, mountain, hybrid) can be hired from a local company who will deliver to the complex. Advance booking recommended.

The Costa del Sol region

Located right in the heart of Marbella, this is the perfect location to base yourself. There is no need for a car as all local amenities are right on your doorstep. The beach is only a minutes walk away, Marbella Old Town about 10-15mins stroll. There's a supermarket just across the road, a bakery for your daily fresh bread right next door, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Puerto Banus is just 4 miles away and can be reached easily by taxi (approx eur5).
La Canaida shopping mall is about 10 minutes by taxi and costs about eur7.
If you want to hire a car, there are car spaces available to rent in the complex for just eur70 per week.
For golfers, the location is perfect with many courses available within a short drive, and most importantly there's no need to drive to the bars and restaurants when you get back.
For cyclists there's no shortage of routes including rolling coast roads or plenty of climbs to suit all abilities.

Marbella Town

Marbella Town remains probably the nicest place to stay on the Costa Del Sol. The beautiful marble promenade is great for those who enjoy a walk. Old Town is a must-visit with it's small streets full of shops and restaurants. If you want to travel out of the town there re many areas along the coast worth a visit and the local tourist office, which is located just a minutes walk from the apartment, can give advice and information.

Very nice apartment in great location. 5 minutes to beach front and restaurants. Apartment very clean and bright. Great attention to detail in relation to everything you would require in a holiday rental. Our contact person in Marbella Yolanda very nice helpful and punctual. Was there to meet us on arrival and departure. Would stay there again without any hesitation.

The perfect family apartment for children of all ages. Cleanliness to the highest of standards and well equipped to cater for All the family needs. From the moment the apartment was booked Alan was 100% cooperative to met my family needs, to even booking the transportation to and from the airport! Highly recommendable!

This is a perfect place for a family holiday the apartment has everything you need it was very comfortable and clean. No need for a car as everything is at hand ( beach, shops, restaurants ect). The owner is very helpful had know problem with transport as owner arranged the taxi to take us straight to the apartment and back to the airport. We have booked again for next year. FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY THANKS ALAN :-)

The apartment was spacious, well furnished and comfortably accommodated our party of six adults. It is ideally located with short walks to the beach and old town. We will certainly look to stay at 1/4B Parque Marbella on future trips.

This apartment is central to all amenities, beach, beautiful restaurants and the pool area lovely. The old town just a nice walk away with lots of shops and is just a quaint little spot.

We found the service very good. The property was in excellent condition and was large enough to accommodate six people comfortably. The location was perfect and in easy walking distance to the beach and also the Old Town which was lovely for a scroll in the evening. We all enjoyed the overall experience and would certainly recommend this property to other travellers.

We spent 2 weeks at the apartment and we loved everything about it. The location of the apartment is perfect as it is down the road from the beach, making things easy when you have bags, umbrellas, and all sorts to walk to the beach. It is also where everything happens in the evening (restaurants, bars...) but it is very quite too when you go to bed as the apartment is not on the street side but on the swimming pools side. It is a quick 10 min walk to the beautiful old town and it is a nice walk. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes away from the apartment which is great. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need. We have 3 young kids under 3 years old and we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and clean. The swimming pools were very clean and never too busy. The paddling pool for the kids was superb and our girls loved it. The owner left a booklet with recommended restaurants, useful phone numbers etc which was brilliant. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
