We are situated opposite the 5* El Fuerte Hotel so you have the added advantage of the hotel Beach Club Restaurant with sun beds for hire. After a long sunny day at the beach stroll home , have a drink and tapas on the terrace watching the sun go down then walk through the beautiful parks and fascinating little streets on the way up to Orange Square.

Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.

To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. so it really does just depend on whichever is most convenient for you.

Our rates include all taxes, utilities, final clean, linen and towels there are no hidden extras! .

“"Absolutely Wonderful Accommodation in the heart of Marbella"”

We stayed in Marbella from 24th Feb to 2nd March, & Wow! what a wonderful time we had This apartment is absolutely Excellent, First Class Accommodation! with everything you need, it has a view of both the Sea and the mountains. This apartment has everything you require for a wonderful break in Marbella and more. 24hr reception with friendly staff, & you are within walking distance to the centre of Marbella. We shall definitely return in the not to distant future!!

I think this was our fourth year in this apartment and it is every bit as fresh as our first stay. Some things have changed... There is wifi and UK TV. But thankfully the endless sun and the view remain the same. We usually stay for a month or more. The apartment is small, but very comfortable for a couple. It is in lovely decorative condition, and anything you dont like is quickly sorted out by Juan and the other freindly building staff. In fact the 24hr concierge does a great deal to reassure you. The location is perfect. 5 mins (at most) from the beach and from the old town. There is also a nice park nearby. There are plenty of bars and resturants nearby, and thankfully they are local, so there are only a few tourists. Having said that, if you want tourist bars there are plenty within 10 mins walk. The local shops are very handy with most of your daily needs on your doorstep; there is even a medium sized late night supermarket at the end of the street. Though you owe it to yourself to make the 15 minute trip to the municipal market where you will find a huge selection of fresh meat, fish and other tasty treats. This is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy some autumn sunshine. Needless to say we have booked again for 2016.

We like Marbella. It has sun, sea and a multitude of lovely bars and restaurants. That is why we have been regular visitors over the past few years. For the last two years we have stayed in apartment 910. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and in lovely condition.. No worries about tired decor here. It is small; a studio best suited to a couple. But what it lacks in space it makes up for in facilities. Basically it has everything you could want including a balcony with a sea view. The building is well maintained and has very helpful and friendly 24/7 concierge desk. So security and advise are well taken care of.. But the cherry on the cake is it's location. You are literally a couple of minutes from the beach (and can fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night) - walk in the other direction for a couple of minutes and you will find a delightful park and the famous collection of Dali sculptures.... Then cross the road and you are in the old town. As accommodation goes it couldn't be more central. Local facilities are great, with a nice collection of shops, bars and restaurants (and a supermarket) all within a few meters. After having stayed in Marbella many times I thoroughly recommend apartment 910. It is very nice. The perfect base for a holiday in this lovely resort town. Proof of the pudding? I have just booked it again for next year.

Have stayed in Marbella before so know the area well, but i must say its the nicest apartment ive stayed in! The location is great, literally a stones throw to the beach, promenade & restaurants. Marbella Old Town is also only a 5 min walk away. The kitchen is lovely, and was especially nice having the use of a washing machine, very clean bathroom (im very fussy about this) decent sized balcony too, which had the sun in the morning & shade in the evening which was perfect. It was so quiet, not a noise from a neighbour or people in the hallway, it was heaven....reception staff very nice & helpful. A great holiday, made even better by having a fab place to stay....and will definitely be going back :)))

This flat is in amazing location and has a beautiful balcony where we had our breakfasts and dinners sometimes! You see the sea on your left and sunset behind mountains on the right! The flat was clean and comfortable and very cosy! I would highly recommend it!

The apartment was located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town. It was clean and sunny and perfect for two of us. The only thing was there was no draining rack in the kitchen and kitchen equipment was basic. Would have liked a few more things ( e.g. coffee maker, serving bowls, grater) since we both enjoyed going to the excellent food market and cooking for ourselves. Other than that, I would highly recommend it, especially for its excellent location.

My wife and I stayed in Iverna's apartment in late may. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a little small but its cosy. The location could not be better, its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and also to the old town. Also there are small bars and cafes on your doorstep. Also we found Iverna to be very helpful with everything

Fantastic location! The apartment 910 in La Torre is in a brilliant location- 2 mins walk to the beach and likewise to the shops! The building itself is so full of character and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The park around the corner is quite striking with its fountains, marble and tropical plants - buses can be caught from here to almost anywhere. Most important is the no 1 to La Canada – a shoppers heaven with 280 shops in total !! Further excellent shopping is to be found both on the main street and in the Old town with shops to suit all tastes and pockets- with excellent bargains to be had especially in shoes/bags – leather goods are seriously good value. The apartment is in close proximity also to a wide variety of restaurants and bars with more to be found in the Old town and Orange Square is a mere 7 mins walk approx. The old town is beautiful to browse around with its quaint buildings and alleyways and to the right of it you will find an oasis of calm by way of Bonsai Park where you sit by the lake and relax in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped (a dishwasher very important when on holidays!) and has ample storage. My favorite feature was definitely the balcony which was a suntrap from 12 to 8pm with a fabulous view of the sea – which you could hear first thing in the morning to last thing at night- quite a treat! I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!!

We loved the apartment and its close proximity to the sea and the old town. The apartment had everything we needed and we cooked in for a large part of the week. However, there are some good restaurants nearby which are well worth a visit. The reception staff were very helpful and advised us on local transport to the waterpark etc. We managed very well without a car as it was also very easy to get to from the airport. The nearby beach was very clean and nice and peaceful - not noisy with water sports. We thought we had a sea view, but in fact we were looking out over the rooftops which was just as good! Would be very happy to return - in fact I didn't want to come home.

Stayed in Iverna's apartment 914, everything was as described and all her tips were spot on. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable with every possible utility . I was dreading hard uncomfortable beds but fortunately this was not the case and we rested well on our holiday. The location was fantastic and we will definitely return.
