Great villa completely renovated and brand new next to the beach. Located in full golden mile next to the famous Marbella Club, Puente Romano and Meliá Don Pepe with large green spaces, large communal pool by the sea open all year, also includes another children's pool, sea views, paddle tennis and tennis courts and security and surveillance service. Fantastic fully equipped luxury townhouse located a few steps from the best beach in Marbella from the tranquility of the house you can enjoy walking along the promenade along the beach to the center of Marbella or go to the famous Puerto Banús where You will find the most exclusive shops and excellent restaurants. Only 200 meters away is the ultra-exclusive Marbella Club hotel and the famous Puente Romano hotel below. To enjoy your stay in Marbella, you do not need a car, although the house has a private street for free and guarded parking. The house is surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets, bicycle rental and water activities, bus stop and easy to use taxi service. Currently the house has 12 beds so that 10 guests can be accommodated as they wish. They are distributed in 3 bedrooms on the first floor and another on the ground floor that can also be used by service personnel. (the dimensions of the beds are 1 double 150, 1 double 120, 6 simple 90 and 2 extra beds of 80). Trocadero, Marbella club, Puente Romano ... How to get around There is a bus stop next to the house and it is very easy to take a taxi although the house is very close to do a lot of things. Rules of the house we live in a quiet area so loud music, shouting and partying that disturb the rest of the neighbors after 00:00 Drinking alcohol is allowed but not the drunks that bother and cause damage. If so, they will be forced to evict the home without any refund of money. - Guests who leave much dirt in both the kitchen and the rest of the house will have an extra charge for cleaning. - The crockery, utensils and kitchenware should be clean and tidy, the sheets should be left on each bed for review.
