Situated just a few minutes from Puerto Banus, the various beach clubs and where all of the action is, the villa offers everything needed for a great holiday in the sunshine of the Costa del Sol.

Nearby are shops, bars, restaurants and a Super Sol Supermarket. Guadalmina Golf Course is in walking distance and the villa is set in a very private and secure gated community with twenty four security. There is a large communal swimming pool amongst the beautifully kept community gardens and there is also a play area with various apparatus for the children.

The villa has private parking for two cars, has full air-conditioning and central heating for the cool winter evenings. When entering the villa you will immediately appreciate the amount of space it has to offer. From the entrance hall you access the fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the essential appliances. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the master benefiting from en-suite bathroom and dressing facilities and there is also the family bathroom.

For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town , which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colorful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
The apartment is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the costa del sol, cinemas and shopping -centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.

This very comfortable and spacious holiday home is in the perfect position to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain, or just relax and enjoy the fantastic micro climate!!
The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Sevilla and Cadiz.

SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family!!
The ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is just a two hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there and back in one day. Sierra Nevada normally closes the first weekend in May

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Extra bed/sofa bed:

There are 2 sofa beds in the holiday home. Price Euro 75 per bed including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office.

Baby cot/high chair:

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the owner.

Change bed sheets and; towels:

If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the owner.
