Two of the bedrooms are facing the beach and have direct access to the terrace. The other bedrooms are facing north.

A gated communal parking is provided.

There are 2 communal pools and 2 infant pools. The main community pool is heated during winter time.

The qualities used inside the apartment include crème marble flooring, under floor heating in the bathrooms and a central unit air conditioning for hot and cold air.

A wonderful location and great beach area & marvelous restaurant complement this ground floor apartment to 100% holiday success summer or winter.

Within easy driving distance to the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes drive to Gibraltar or Malaga airport. A 5 Minute drive to shopping center La Canada and super store Al Campo
