Description

This beautiful penthouse apartment is located right on the beach in Elviria, next to the beachclub of the 5 star hotel Vincci Estrella del Mar. Elviria is well know as an attractive touristic area with plenty of bars, restaurants and off course the best beaches of Marbella. One of the hot spots in this area is the Don Carlos 5 star hotel with the neighboring Nikki beach club.

On the main floor the apartment has a large open living room, large living kitchen,two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is reached through the living room and one of the bedrooms.

The upper floor has the master suite of approx 35-40 m2. On the third level there is a small attic room where a bed is placed with a matras under it.

The apartment is facing southwest and one can enjoy the evening sun on the spacious terrace. Parking is on street right in front of the terrace. From the parking there are some steps leading to the front door, no lift.

“Perfect - like walking in to someone's home!”

My family have just returnrd from an amazing 2 week stay at this lovely beachside apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from the beach, and there are also 2 pools on the complex, which are the cleanest pools we have ever seen! The lifeguards at the pool, insist on residents showering prior to entering the pool, which keeps the water free from grime, and also sand. This in addition to the lifeguards ensuring residents keep reasonably quiet around the pool, ensures that you can relax easily. The accommodation itself has all the amenities (and more) that you could possibly need, and is extremely comfortable. We made the decision not to hire a car (to keep costs down), and we definitely made the right decision. There are several bars/restaurants within walking distance and the supermarkets are also within walking distance. We decided that even if we paid €6 for a taxi ride home with the grocery shopping every other day, then we would still have saved massively on the cost of car hire. The owner is lovely, very accommodating, and very easy to get hold of, and we definitely hope to be returning again in the near future. Thank you for a lovely holiday :-)
