The Andalucia region
Marbella is famous for lots of things but the most important in my opinion is for its climate. I have often experienced that the dark clouds disappears behind the mountains or the weather forecast mentions rain and yet the sun shines in Elviria.
From Elviria you have easy access to the A7 which connects to all roads, you will easy find your way to Sevilla, Granada, Ronda, Nerja, Málaga and other famous and interesting cities with lots of historical monuments and museums, beautiful old-towns, it is even possibly to make a day trip to Granada (1.5 hours) where you will find the great Sierra Nevada ski resorts.
Elviria is an urbanization on the outskirts of Marbella, far from noise from the town and yet near everything.
Elviria has one of Marbella's best beaches, child friendly and sandy, and many good restaurants within walking distance.

"not a five bedroomed property"
this town house is only suitable for a three bedroom let, two bedrooms are in the basement without windows or air con . we were unable to use the basement bedrooms because of the foul smell, the toilet for these two bedrooms was also of a very poor standard. However the location was excellent and as a three bed let would be good, but you will be very disappointed if you book it as a five bedroomed property.
