Modern, clean and quiet apartment in Marbella center, just 2 minutes to the beach.

The apartment has unlimited wifi.

This modern apartment will have you feeling rested and energized. Modern apartment for rent in Marbella center, only 50 meters of the sea and in the direct surroundings of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, boulevard and the well know orange square).

The apartment has a separate, modern bedroom with two perfect 90x200 cm beds next to eachother and in the living room is a comfortable 2 persons bed couch which you can use if there are more than 2 persons staying in the apartment.

The bathroom and kitchen is completely equipped (toaster, coffeemaker, microwave and water cooker).

The balcony if facing West, so can enjoy the sun on the balcony from around 3 pm.

There is a parking area, but places are not designated. If full, you can park in the streets for free as well. Marbella is a busy city, especially in Summer. Sometimes it can be difficult

The building has two elevators and is recently renovated to a modern entry and has a large swimming pool with separate pool for children, directly situated at the boulevard.

Because of the location and completeness of the apartment it is perfect to rent for enjoy your holiday!

There is a possibility to park, however it can be full sometimes. There is free parking in the streets as well, but it could be taking a while to find a parking space.

The swimming pool is open from end of June till the 1st week of September. Opening hours is regulated by the Town Hall of Marbella, which differs from year to year.

The Costa del Sol region

Marbella history dates back many hundreds of years, and there are guided walking tours to point out places of interest. The Old Town still retains the village feel, and yet close by you can enjoy the sophistication of Puerto Banús, well known for being a place where the stars go to relax.

The Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. For golfers, the location is perfect with many courses available within a short drive, and most importantly there's no need to drive to the bars and restaurants when you get back.

Marbella

Located in the street after the boulevard, right in the center of Marbella, this is the perfect location to settle down. There is no need for a car as most local amenities are right on your doorstep. The beach is just a 3 minutes walk away, Marbella Old Town is 10 mins stroll. There are several supermarkets just across the road, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Puerto Banus is just 4 miles away and can be easily reached by taxi.

Marbella's motto is 'A Way of Life' and, certainly, this modern and perfect located apartment seems to have it all. You can explore the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town.

Marbella Old Town is a place to wander round looking at the many little shops, and then to sit in the sun and 'people watch' while enjoying a drink and some tapas in one of the bars. Orange Square at the heart of the Old Town is beautiful, in the Spring heavy with the scent of orange blossom, and later on the trees are full of oranges.
