Fully refurbished to a high standard in 2011, the apartment offers comfort and style with superb garden views from every window.
Well placed between Puerto Banus and Marbella within the renowned urbanisation of Senorio de Marbella, residents enjoy; magnificent well kept tropical gardens, 24hour gated security, four swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, two full sized tennis courts, two paddle courts, a children's play area, saunas, and a restaurant which is open through summer. Senorio is widely considered to be the most prestigious Urbanization on the Golden Mile.
Facilities include; air conditioning, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sunny lounge with French windows opening onto a small south facing balcony looking across rooftops and gardens towards the sea. Satellite TV in the lounge and master bedroom, wireless broadband throughout.
The apartment sleeps four in a double and twin. The double bedroom has French windows opening onto a charming Juliet balcony overlooking fountains and orange trees in the courtyard below. The twin is light, bright and shares the same lovely view.
The bathroom is conveniently situated between the bedrooms, and is tiled from floor to ceiling. The huge walk in marble floored shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure.
The nearest beach access past the well known 'Puente Romano Hotel' is within a fifteen minute walk. Once on the beach, its a twenty minute amble along a well graded beach side track into Puerto Banús. Anyone who plays golf will see that there are a handful of clubs near by including the long standing Aloha Club.
In short it's an elegant base for a luxurious family break in quiet comfort, within easy reach of the beach, local night life, and down town shopping.

"Perfect holiday getaway in Marbella to suit all your needs"
This is a fantastic apartment in one of the nicest apartment complexes in the Marbella area. I have now been 2 years running. The complex is very picturesque and well-appointed, with numerous swimming pools, tennis courts, jacuzzi, laundry, on-site restaurant etc. There is a family pool area and separate adults pool, perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. It feels more like a luxury hotel than an apartment complex... The apartment is ideally located in the complex, private, quiet and very light and airy. It's very new and clean (remodeled recently), tastefully designed and has everything you need and more (towells, flat screen TV, even an iPod speaker system). If you can drag yourself away from the complex, the apartment is ideally located between Puerto Banus and its attractions, and Marbella which has a charming and quite sprawling old town area as well as beaches and a marina. You can also walk to one of the nicest stretches of beach in the area from the complex, and discover a perfect little beach bar/restaurant... There are countless restaurants, bars etc in the area, ranging from big and glitzy places to traditional Tapas restaurants and everything in between. There are many day trips to be had (Granada, Nerja), and closer places/villages which make good lunch/dinner excursions. This is an ideal place to go to whether you want a quiet getaway, family destination, cultured experience, or if you are looking for something more lively.
