Description

The apartment is located in a small development within the residential area of Lomas de Sierra Blanca. The development comprises of 16 aparments all surrounding the swimming pool and gardens.
It is located next to the commercial area "Sierra Blanca" where you will find a couple of good restaurants, bar, gym and a small supermarket. It is also next to the exclusive Olivia Valere's disco and the swiss hotel management school, Les Roches Marbella.
You are 4km from Puerto Banus and 4km from Marbella center.
Within 2 minutes by car, you can get to 3 large supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl y Aldi).
There is a closed by bus stop but I would recommend having a vehicle for more freedom.
Rio Verde beach is a 15 minutes walk from the property. This is one of the least busy beaches amongst Marbella's.
The development is quite, far from road and car noises. Most of the neighboards are Les Roches' students and lecturers that spend the day at school and weekends

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 2m wide bed and it opens directly to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single 90cm beds. In both bedrooms there are 2 built-in wardroves.
The living room has a dining table and chairs for 4 and 2 sofas, a 3 seater and a 2 seater. The living room also opens directly onto the terrace where there is a terrace table and 4 chairs.
The terrace lays directly onto the gardens and swimming pool, very pleasant at night when all lights are on.
