This stunning stand alone luxury villa is located in the distinguished secured Santa Clara Golf Urbanizacion, Marbella East. It sits on a top of a hill with magnificent panoramic view of the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar and North Africa (on a clear day).

The villa has four floors. The ground floors consists of the cozy living room with chimney and dining room with access to a private terrace and the side garden.

The first floor has two bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a flowery private terrace.

The third master bedroom is a 120 square meter master bedroom with a salon, bar, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

In the third floor, the sun roof, you can enjoy the jacuzzi and sun tanning with amazing views of the Costa del Sol or enjoy a drink at the wooden bar.

From all floors you have the same panoramic breathtaking views. The villa is very private.

The famous cheringuito, Trocadero Arena, is 3 minutes drive by car.

All other amenities such as super market, gas station, pharmacy, hospital are less than 5 minutes away by car.
