This beautiful and well appointed apartment in Hacienda Playa, Elviria, sleeps six people. There is a large south facing terrace leading directly from the living area and is equipped with sun loungers, should you wish to relax and sun bathe in private, also there is a table with seating for 6 people.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine should you wish to stay at home and cater for yourself. Both bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, there is also a separate cloakroom within the apartment.

Further facilities include large TV, DVD/CD sound system.

The en-suite bathrooms have been finished with high quality tiles and contain a large walk in shower cubicle to each. Top quality towels and linen are provided for your comfort.

Lounge/Dining Room

The lounge and dining room have been tastefully furnished and comes complete with a large sofa and sofa bed, dining table and chairs, display cabinet and table lamps.


One has a king size bed which can be split into 2 large single beds, and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed, they both have the quality linen, there is plenty of storage and wardrobe space. Hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.


A generous welcome pack is available on your arrival, and we can arrange for transport to and from the airport.

The linen and towels are changed once a week.

The Lounge opens out onto the large terrace, giving plenty of out door space, where the sun is on the terrace all day till late evening.

The large swimming pool and children's pool are set in a garden filled with palm trees, orange trees and tropical flowers and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the scenery, the complex is fully secure and gated with only a 2 minute walk to the beach, where you will also find some great beach bars.

During July and August there is a life guard on duty and the pool is heated.

One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at 428 metres above sea level, just wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian white village, and you can understand why it has attracted many artists and writers whom have made it their home. 25 mins.


In the chic town of Marbella, hints of its former Moorish occupation mingle with modern-day resort amenities. Experience the Andalucian charm of the historic quarter, filled with white washed buildings, remnants of a ninth-century Arab fortress and fragrant trees in Orange Square. 15 mins.


Ronda retains much of its historic charm, particularly its old town. It is famous worldwide for its dramatic escarpments and views, and for the deep El Tajo gorge that carries the Rio Guadalevín through its centre. 1 hour drive

Marbella, Malaga

Elviria is a lovely area full of local CHARM and a number of shops and good restaurants. The complex itself has 2 swimming pools and beautiful, landscaped gardens where you can relax, or you can venture out to Marbella town centre which is only 15 minutes away, or the Santa Maria golf course which is within walking distance. There is also plenty nearby to keep children occupied, with water parks, a zoo and go karting all within a 30 minute drive.

For those that prefer a sportier holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses along with just about every other activity you can think of. You will never be far away from some of the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.

"Luxurious apartment, excellent location."

We have just returned from our eight visit to this apartment and plan to return again in August with our family and young grandchild. The apartment is a luxurious home from home in a great location three minutes walk from beach, nice restaurants and shopping area. It has a beautifully well maintained swimming pool with baby pool. This area tends to be quite as most people tend to use beach instead. The apartment is not overlooked and offers great opportunity to sit and relax on the spacious balcony. I personally enjoyed listening to local Irish Radio through the satellite TV system whilst sipping a cool drink and soaking in the sun on the privacy of our own balcony.
