Description

This is the largest villa on the Albatros 2 complex with a very large private patio area with a stone dining table and extensive sunbathing area, this fronts the gardens and large communal pool with kids section, the pool is 25 metres away and is in perfect view from the patio.

It is perfect for families with both young children and teenagers (stairgates and travel cots available) with the pool providing a safe play area.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room, BBQ plus electric BBQ, 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms, (1 bath 2 showers) UK TV internet and a selection of videos and books.

The beach on the Mar Menor is a 5 minute walk away, this is one of the best water sport areas in Europe with 35 water sport schools in the area.

The Tennis and Padel club with gym is 300 metres away and open to all.

Amazing place! The villa absolutely exceeded our expectations, spotless clean, well equipped, very clean area, secure patio area where children can play in sight and also pool area in sight from patio. Myself and my children loved every minute can’t wait to go back.

Owner's reply: This person was a work colleague of my wife many years ago, they rented the villa as friends before we started general renting, the only complaint we got from them was an air conditioning unit did not work, we had an engineer there the same day, they refused to let him mend it. this villa is modern clean and large, perfect for a family, the only part of the report that is factual is the dead plants unfortunately these died between them arriving and our last visit, if they had told us when they arrived it would have been done immediately, we heard no complaints except the air conditioning unit till they got home then a week later they demanded all there money back, with a list of complaints. we have a local English agent nearby who will attend to the needs of our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Roger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
