Beautiful Luxurious and Spacious PENTHOUSE Apartment, Wi-Fi, 42" flat screen tv, Air Con, i pod-i phone docking station, 2 balconies plus your own 70 Sq mtr Private Solarium (Roof Terrace), Stunning sea views of the Mar Menor, La Manga Strip & surrounding areas, Air Con, Full English Sky TV, Spanish & European tv channels, Shared Pool, 5 min walk to Beach, Restaurants & Bars. 10 Minute drive to large shopping malls.

The PENTHOUSE benefits from 2 good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, full bathroom, spacious lounge with dining area & fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, wash machine, microwave etc.

The best feature is your own Large PRIVATE ROOF SOLARIUM ( Roof Terrace) with excellent sea views of the Mar Menor and surrounding areas. The Solarium also offers a huge space for eating, drinking and sunbathing. The communal pool is situated in the center of the complex which can also be viewed form the Solarium. Smoking Is permitted on the Balcony & the Solarium.

The apartment is in a new and upcoming area and is approximately 300 mtr ( 4 minute walk) from the beach where there is also the marina, shops and beach bars/ Restaurants. A 15 minute walk brings you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices including bars & nightlife.

The La Manga Club is around 5 minutes by car, this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, Professional Football training centers, spa facilities and also a very good selection of bars and restaurants with entertainment for all.
The La Manga strip is about a 5 minute drive, it is a busy area which also has a large selection of shops, hotels, disco's, bars and nightlife.

The Mar Menor is part of the Mediterranean sea and it is Europe's largest inland sea, it is a mecca for water sports enthusiast with its shallow sand fringed waters and sea breezes creating superb sailing conditions and safe training grounds
The town Capo de Palos is just before you enter the La Manga Strip and is famous for its fishing, diving schools and diving trips.

Having visited Mar de Cristal numerous times previously, this is a destination of choice for us in a warm, sunny and friendly part of Spain. The apartment was beautifully furnished and to a high standard and everything was spotlessly clean. Whilst Mar de Cristal is essentially a little spanish village with very little going on, it has a couple of good bars (Arena Café/El Secreto del agua) and the italian restaurant (Piccolo Mar) which we visited several times for dinner during our stay. The staff in the bars and restaurant are friendly and accomodating and their English is certainly better than our Spanish (which is a negative on our part). In the heat of July, we opted to hire a car to get out and about and visited La Manga, Cartegena amongst other places. We have already booked our 2 week holiday for next year at the same apartment when we can catch up with our Spanish friends again.

The apartment had all that was advertised, very clean, evertything that was offered was included, Satelite TV and Wi-Fi. Roof solarium was fully equipped with plenty of loungers and was areal bonus for catching the breeze on really hot days. Resort was quiet as we expected and hoped it would be, lovely place to watch the days go by, apartment was a slow stroll of around 10mins from the beach which was lovely and kept very clean. Couple of good beach bars that both did tapas and a central snack bar which was ok, next to the Italian restaurant which had some good food on a large menu, all staff at all the bars and restaurant were extremely helpfull and attentive. It is a very Spanish resort but easy to manage with a little Spanish to get by. Great place to chill.

How do damage deposits work?
