How to get there
The easiest way to get to the island of Saba is via WinAir via St. Maarten airport. WinAir a small and trustworthy airline that serves the market between Saba, St. Barts and St. Maarten. Tickets run about $100 each way and the flight is an amazing adventure in itself, landing on Saba's runway, which is the shortest commercial runway in the world.
If you want to go by boat, there are also a few ferries that run a few days a week from St. Maarten, they are: The Edge (out of Simpson Bay), The Dawn (out of Philipsburg/Dock Maarten), and Mutty's Pride. You will have to check their schedules for availability. Most offer day trips to the island as well.

Getting around
Taxis are available by hour or day. Rental cars are also available, but you may be more comfortable having someone else to do the driving on Saba's, cliff side roads. Most people walk or hitch hike as well.
