How to get there
For Senegalese or nationals. If you come from the North, the city to join is Mbour. Then, direction Joal, then Fimela and Ndangane (The road is brand new, the landscapes are worth it, 1h30 of road). In Ndangane, at the pier, we will pick you up (15 minutes of navigation). If you come from the South or the East, the city to join is Kaolack then Fatick direction Mbour. In Diosmone, turn left towards Fimela and Ndangane (1h30 drive from Fatick, the road is brand new). In Bangladesh, same instruction. For tourists arriving at the airport (Blaise), we offer a transfer service (35000 Fcfa, 55 € one way and identical return) 2h30 of road (in excellent condition) then we pick you up at the pier of Ndangane (15mn canoe navigation)
Getting around
On the island: by carriage or on foot. We are getting equipped with quads. Go to the "continent" in Ndangane: We have a canoe to get you through (15min) and for a small fee. For your longer trips: Many taxis are waiting for you in Ndangane. We have selected a few (recommended). Rates are affordable. For airport transfers: we can offer our services (35000 Fcfa, 5 € to come, ditto for the return) The crossing by canoe is offered.
