How to get there
Málaga airport is 30 mins away by car.
There is a bus service which runs four or five times a day from the airport to Torre del Mar (10 mins away from Vélez centre).
Alternatively you can catch a bus into Málaga centre and then a more frequent bus to Torre del Mar. (BUY TICKETS AT THE TICKET OFFICE!)
There is a regular bus service from Torre del Mar to Vélez-Málaga.

Getting around
The house is perfectly situated to explore on foot everything that Vélez has to offer. If you fancy a day at the beach there is a regular bus service between Vélez and Torre del Mar. If you would like to explore the surrounding area (Lake Viñuela and the white villages inland, or take a trip along the coast), then a car is necessary. We recommend "Plan A" for sightseeing and activity tours in and around Vélez.
