How to get there
The cottage is North of 104, located in the rural town of Wolcott, NY along the shores of Port Bay. The cottage is less than an hour from nearby attractions, such as the Finger Lakes wineries, Del Lago Casino, and many museums and art galleries in the area. The cottage is approximately an hour from Rochester, NY and an hour from Syracuse, NY. Both cities offer many exciting activities to keep you busy!

Getting around
You will need a vehicle to get to/from the property. Small boats can also dock at the cottage during seasons with normal/high water levels. During low water level seasons, you may be unable to dock a boat at the cottage. Port Bay has boat launches you may use. There are many weeds in the bay and channel you will need to be prepared to navigate.
