Three part-time staff service this villa:

→ Our villa manager, Sovi, will meet you on arrival, check you in & ensure you're comfortable

→ She is contactable every day, & will do our best to answer any questions regarding your trip

→ The housekeeper keeps the villa clean everyday. She will inform you her time and you can also arrange it with her if you want your own privacy.

→ Gardener/pool attendant tends to the property every 2-3 days. Everything will be done based on your privacy and discretion.

For early check ins and late check outs, we always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and usually that only happens a day or two before. But we'll note your request, and will always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out.

Once you've booked we'll send you detailed directions of how to find the villa. Please send us your flight details - flight number, arrival time and departure time - which we'll need to make your check in/out smooth. If you're coming from elsewhere in Bali please tell us what time you expect to be with us. (check-in can be arranged anytime from 14.00pm to anytime after) On the day you arrive, our lovely manager will be waiting for you at the villa. He'll make sure you're in comfortably, give you keys, help you with your orientation and answer any other questions. A day or two before you leave, please tell him at what time you plan to depart (11.00 am is standard check out time) and he'll then come to check you out also.

Airport Transfer. We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi group with crazy rip off prices operates at the airport. Uber and other taxi apps are banned for airport pick ups. If an airport transfer isn't already organized, we can anyway organise one for you - a 1-way/1-time transfer costs 350k/4pax (total price, not per person) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 4 passengers including all luggage.

If you'd like to book this please let us know, when we have your flight information, we'll then organize for our driver to be waiting for you at the airport. He'll be holding a sign with your name on at the point where you clear immigration.

Location. We are in between Seminyak & Canggu. We are on Jalan Umalas and we are perfectly situated if you want to be with the crowd or be laid back and it is all short distance. Batu Belig Beach and Berawa Beach is around 5 minutes ride. Echo Beach, Batu Bolong Beach is around 8 minutes ride. What was The Canggu Club - now renamed Finn's Recreation Club - is just up the road too.
