The nearest airport is Catania, which is about 50 Km from Syracuse. From the airport you can take the bus that takes you directly in Syracuse, or you can hire a car in half an hour you reach the center of Syracuse. Alternatively you can use the train that takes you to the center of Syracuse. From the bus station and train you reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes or electric city bus leading to Ortigia where the apartment is located.
