How to get there
A47 from Norwich to Acle A1064 towards Filby as you enter the village of Fleggburgh (Burgh st Margaret) after a few miles turn left at Kings Arms into Town Road. After 200 metres the road turns sharply right and the cottage is 100 M past the bend on your left.

Getting around
Lots of lovely walks and cycle rides from the cottage and the Kings arms gastropub is a few minutes walk. Fishing and sailing available within walking distance but a car is strongly recommended to get the best experience of this lovely area of Norfolk
