The Central Public Beach and "Playa Alicia" are located at the 10 minutes walking distance from the residence. It isn`t necessary to rent a car. All is in a walking distance. In 15-20 min driving distance is located "Monkey Jungle", a beautiful place with a park where live diferent monkies. Also there is a zip lines for thrill seekers. A 20-minute drive away is the city of Puerto Plata with its historical sites (Malecon, Playa Dorada, Montana Isabel de Torres, Teleferico, Jardin Botanico).In a distance of 55 km (1 hour 15 minutes driving in car) is located "27 charcos de Damajagua" (27 waterfalls of Damajagua), a picturesque place with virgin tropical nature and 27 beautiful waterfalls
