How to get there
From the nearest airport in Naples (Napoli Capodichino) it takes you approx. 90 minutes by car to reach Agropoli. If you choose public transport by bus or taxi to the central railway of Naples (Napoli Centrale in Piazza Garibaldi) and then by train from there to Agropoli consider ca. 2-3 hours. If you arrive by train to the railway station of Agropoli it is just a few minutes by car or taxi. If possible I will personally pick you up.
If you arrive by car we can arrange for a public parking permission allowing you to park at any public parking in Agropoli (fee 10,00 Euro a week)

Getting around
Within walking distance all of Agropoli and its beaches. By local bus comfortably the most important sea resorts along the coast. To visit the inland I suggest you to rent a car in Agropoli a fair rates. By bus you can also visit Paestum within 10min. and get to Salerno. To visit Pompeii, Herculaneum or Naples the easiest is to take the train from Agropoli. During high summer you can easily reach Amalfi and Capri by boat (metrò del mare) from Agropoli. Another way to discover the Cilento is doing walks along the coast and the inland. I can give provide maps and tips of all kind. It is a paradise for snorkeling, scuba diving and biking.
