How to get there
Easy to get to, Newbiggin has decent road connections from the A1 via the A19 or the Morpeth Northern Bypass further north. If you are coming up via Newcastle, the A189 is a dual carriageway that takes you straight here from the east side of the city.
If you are arriving by train, you should come in to Morpeth which is about a 10 mile taxi ride away. Please allow us to book your taxi to ensure you get the very best local rate from our local taxi firm, Just Taxis.
Newcastle International Airport is west of the city and you should be able to get a taxi for around £30 - £35 from Just Taxis, again, please allow us to book this for you.

Getting around
Local buses stop just down the road from the cottage and go to Newcastle, Ashington and Morpeth where you can connect with other services. There is also a bus to Amble.
