Must have access to a car as this property is located in the country. This is a private road used by the other homeowners so NO drive-bys for their privacy and access. 4WD vehicles recommended in the Winter (Oct-April) as there are steep, gravel roadways in and out. Owner not responsible for weather conditions or towing if your vehicle is NOT 4WD or winter tires ready. There will be plowing after snowfall is complete and guaranteed once during stay for access out, but will not be plowed daily--only at renters request and additional payment. There are no taxis, buses or Uber services in this remote area.
