How to get there
Whilst not well endowed with public transport, we have a railway station 2 miles away on the beautiful Heart of Wales railway line, which joins Shrewsbury with Swansea.
We are 10 miles west of the English Border, and about halfway up Wales.
We have free parking near the cottage, and an electric car charger is available for guests (with costs based on electricity used).

Getting around
The gloriously picturesque Heart of Wales railway line has a station 2 miles away at Dolau. Head north towards Shrewsbury, or south towards south Wales and Swansea, through some of the most beautiful and unspoilt countryside in Britain. Otherwise, apart from local walks, and cycle rides, straight from Drovers Retreat, a car is necessary to see all the local sights and attractions.
