If already in Butuan City, you can ride a tricycle going to Pines Mansion II Subdivision which is located at the back of Immaculate Conception Parish (ICP) or it's the first right after passing ICP in your right and then turn again on your first right for Pines Mansion II. If you're alone, some tricycle drivers will ask you to pay double.

If coming from Gaisano Mall, you can go towards the Grocery of the Mall and go outside and walk further on where you can find almost at the end of the road the terminal for yellow tricycles who are servicing almost all Subdivisions in Villakananga.

If from Butuan airport, metered taxi/cabs are available to Butuan City. Hi-Ace Vans are also available from the airport at around Php 200 - Php 250 per person. Try getting their contact numbers

A parking area is available although it is safe to park in the Subdivisions roads but early advice must’ve made.
