Fuengirola Train station is just 5 minutes walk away. You can take the direct train from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola, it's an easy 5 minutes walk from the station to the apartment. Next to the train station is Portilo Bus terminal, various bus lines take you to anywhere inside and around Fuengirola. Long distance bus services also available. The ticket center inside the bus terminal, offer all types of local tours at very reasonable prices. A car is not necessary!
