How to get there
Directions will be sent after booking has been confirmed on how to reach La Padronale. There are buses locally, taxis, trains and several possible airports (Pisa, Florence, Rome & even Bologna. The closest airport is Perugia however, fed by Ryan Air to Stansted. You will need a car whilst staying at the house.
Getting around
The best way to get around is by car and then you can really explore the area and also pop to the shops in Lerchi or Citta di Castello. The nearest train station is Citta di Castello but Arezzo which is a 35 minute drive is better connected with direct trains to Florence that take an hour. You can even have an easy day or overnight trip to Bologna if you take the fast train 'Franciarossa' from Florence to Bologna. Or it's 2 hrs to Rome in the opposite direction from Arrezo.
