How to get there
Once you leave the Castries airport it is a 15 minutes drive to the apartment (depending on the flow of traffic).
Your first landmark in the major Malls (Bay walk Mall / and Massy Supermarket Mall). If you are on the main-road in-front of the two malls and heading upward into Gros-Islet, take the first junction on your right (the street is opposite the Baygardens Hotel). Go completely around the first round about (it is 15 seconds in) and take the furthest right (but do not take the next two rights after this). Follow the main road and you will come to a minor 3 seconds slow, to the left would be an apartment complex with the sign 'Orchard Villa'. Once you have passed this villa your stop is the second house on your right (Green & white).
Getting around
Very easy to get around taxi services and vehicle rental available near by. If you are ok with only visiting the malls and the beach a vehicle may not be necessary; except if you do not like the 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. but if you came to enjoy the whole island (parks, volcano, other beaches, springs) it would be in your interest to get a taxi; unless you are familiar with the island and would not get lost a vehicle rental would be ideal.
